Sprouts are super healthy when eaten raw or cooked.
Sprouting is basically the process where seeds and legumes are germinated and activate all the essential nutrients and enzymes.   

There are basically 3 different types of sprouts that can be easily prepared for eating. They are-

  1. Mung Bean Sprouts

Mung seeds are types of pulse which is used in Indian dishes in regular basis. But when it is used as how to prepare sprouts it has many nutritional benefits with lots of vitamins and minerals which are very much necessary for our body and that can help to many health benefits. One can eat it as salad as well as cooked also.

 
2. Wheat Sprouts

As all we are very known about wheat but we all must know about the benefits of wheat sprouts. It can be made after sprouting wheat seeds. How to prepare Wheat sprouts are very high in protein as well as rich source of Vitamins C, B, and E. Eating wheat sprouts is very much helpful in maintaining blood sugar levels low and improve your metabolism.

3. Gram Sprouts

Black grams is option seen our homes and eaten in many different ways and various ways it can processed. When we sprout grams it is full of Vitamin K which can be very helpful to prevent the zinc deficiency of zinc in our body.
